I was recently asked this question:

"Hi there,

I've been wondering if there's a way to preserve apple cider for enjoyment all year 'round, other than fermenting it or freezing it.

At first I wondered if you could dehydrate it into a kind of fruit leather for reconstitution into a drink later on, but I haven't found any record of anyone accomplishing this successfully. So this seems unlikely to work.

Can it be freeze dried and then say, turned into a powder for reconstitution? What about condensing it? Anything? Or are we just out of luck?

Any information you could provide would be appreciated.
